Job Description
- Develops, enhances, and increases sales performance of company's products ( livestock and meats ) to meet or exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and company identity.
- Recruits and selects applicants from a pool of qualified candidates to ensure all allocated positions are filled.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and & team's .
- Actively monitors progress of work, cross-functional activities and accountability .
- Plans and executes region meetings that effectively implement objectives and strategies as determined by the Company.
- Spends appropriate amount of time developing customers, networks and their relationships, in conjunction with regional territory managers to foster Company business.
- Responds to the needs of the customer in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop sales and marketing department structure and objectives.
- Develop sales and marketing action plan and follow the implementation
- Market research and analysis.
- Opening new market locally and regionally
- Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers.
- Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied
- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends .
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- MBA holder is a plus
- Minimum 10+ years’ Proven experience in Sales and marketing .
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely strong negotiation skills.
- Should have descent understanding of livestock and meats market / professional background preferred.
- Excellent team building and leadership skills, ability to lead and thrive in a matrix environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Good understanding and experience of market research's techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
