Job Description
- Conduct daily inspection for all the facility areas
- Issue daily HSSE reports to concerned department.
- Controlling entry and exit of visitors as well as employees following up search and inspection procedures.
- Oversee all activities pertaining to Security Guards
- Provide support in the control of emergency exits, Park entries and exits alarms
- Use the closed circuit television (CCTV) for the detection of irregularities during Park operation
- Provide support in the revision of civil protection equipment functionality (extinguishers, smoke detectors, hydrants) by filling the daily checklist
- Provide support in the review of the daily incidences log
- Insure the Security Guards team attends training courses
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience supervision role in security and Safety area
- Experience in Hospitality (Hotels-Hospitals) is preferable
- Certified in HSSE, OSHA and civil protection (Official certificate) preferable
- Experience in civil protection area or area management
- Knowledge of alarm systems
- Organization and analysis
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail and initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Tolerance for pressure
