Job Description
We are looking for a bright Copier Service Engineer to provide field technical support to our digital printing customers, mainly by on-site visits, or through other methods if necessary, such as; face to face, phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required,
Main Duties
- Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service.
- Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
- Maximize equipment up time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively
Job Requirements
- BS. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Electrical is preferable)
- 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
- Very good command of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible
- Miniya residence or upper Egypt residence
