Job Description
CrossWorkers is currently looking for talented Senior Symfony PHP Developer to join a Danish Client. In this role, you will be responsible for writing reliable code on our new platform that handles all aspects of our business. We’re looking for an extremely reliable and sharp coder who is experienced with the Symfony PHP framework, ready to tackle new challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Writing solid, well documented OOP code on the Symfony3 framework.
- Work closely with product management and UX designers.
- Determine any functionality that the site must support and develop PHP content based on approved specifications.
- Refactor code to make things more stable and efficient.
- Work closely with DevOps to ensure stable systems and machine requirements.
- Participate in ruthless code reviews with fellow coders to ensure the highest quality.
- Take ownership and full responsibility for your tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science
- 4+ Symfony3 PHP experience
- Expert Knowledge of mySQL is a must!
- Good Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Above average PHP knowledge is a must
- Symfoni expert! Code should be organized, structured and well-commented.
- Excellent experience of Elastic Search
- Basic JavaScript knowledge for connecting some frontend and backend
- Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure.
- Must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be self-motivated, work independently or as part of a team, able to learn quickly, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
