Responsibilities:
- Reimagine the HR department’s structure
- Put it in the right way to fit in the revolutionary digital transformation journey
- Design a new yet optimal operating model with digitization in mind.
- Integrate people with organisational strategy and transformation.
- Aim to measure people performance, productivity and profitability.
- Help in defining HR strategy.
- Analyze current HR processes and reimagine it.
- Contribute to the new design of HR’s delivery model and services
- Help in implementation of HR transformation endeavor.
- Be aware of new HR technology trends
- Understand and map clients’ end-to-end HR-process
- Collaborate closely together with HR Advisory to propose improvements an HR process
- Implement requirements into HR technology applications
- You believe in people as a critical success factor in companies
- You are conscious of the role of change management and have the interpersonal skills to do it.
