Job Description
Our client is a Multinational Consumer Electronics company in Egypt, looking for a Customer Experience & Events Management Specialist (BTL) (Trade Marketing) with the following roles:-
Maintain/Enhance the Brand BTL activities and retail experience, while reflecting a premium Customer Experience, and managing the different levels of events.
- Manage/customize different types of events end to end, according to the tailored business requirements, target audience, strategic/financial objectives.
- Assess thoroughly the Event on all perspectives; Financial ROI, visitors’ segmentation, SWOT analysis, to come up with recommendations.
- Lead, developing and implementing strategies tailored for improving customer relationship, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Liaise with organization’s marketing, sales and advertising units to analyze customer feedback and develop programs effective for improved customer experience.
- Understands retail display fixtures production details, development, materials and process to achieve company targets inside retail channels.
- Vendor management & setting clear guidelines, timelines, action plans and field training.
- Organize Infra in-store activities starting from shop layout, display scheme, product organization and consumer retail journey logic.
- Visit and monitor the market on a regular schedule to make sure that in-store display is according to company directions and guideline, along with quality assurance.
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in BTL Communications, Customer Experience and Events Management
- Have a genuine interest and knowledge for the Consumer Electronics
- Strong Project Management, Communication, Negotiations, analytical skills, and Financial expertise
- Multi-tasking skills are essential to cope with busy and stressful times
