Preparation of comprehensive detailed studies of projects whenever required to provide technical and financial offers to them or other projects.
Technical description of raw materials / items and quantities of raw materials / items for all project activities / items.
To approve samples of raw materials / items and to ensure that these samples are in place to deliver the raw materials / items on the basis thereof.
Follow-up preparation of monthly customer extracts and review.
Supervise and review the preparations of construction method statements with construction personnel.
Preparing technical and material submittable.
Planning and maintaining project budget and schedule Planning.
Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
Take part in the project management review and risk management review.
Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements.
Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities.
Coordinate with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
Review subcontractors' invoices.
Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments.
Documenting project issues/conditions.
Maintaining organized and detailed project records.

7-15 years of experience in all projects’ phases including review of all project’s technical submittals.
Experience in managerial skills.
B.Sc. in related discipline with a minimum grade of “Good”, M.Sc. is a plus.
PMP / Masters / Certification is an advantage.
Good command of related Egyptian, and international Codes.
Good Computer skills and command of relevant applications.
Good command in English (writing – speaking).
Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects such as, 5 Stars Hotels or Malls or Hospitals … etc.
