- Exceed individual sales targets through planned, effective sales calling.
- Retain and protect existing business.
- Gather and report market intelligence.
- Initiate and assist with appropriate marketing activities.
- Optimize the sales/revenue trade off through effective negotiation.
- Negotiate, conclude and manage a variety of sales deals.
- Ensure effective two-way communication with project management and technical office to ensure all selling opportunities are identified and acted on.
- Support and develop new team members.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- Completed advanced courses in sales, presentation, negotiation within the sales industry
- Team player with excellent customer service/relations skills. Valid Driving License required.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proven performance in a sales environment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at real estate industry
