Job Description
- Responsible for registering the new hired into the internal database and send the concerned insurance companies and ensure they add them
- Responsible for removing the terminated employees from the internal database and send the concerned insurance companies and ensure they remove them
- Get approvals from the insurance companies for employees to help facilitate the service
- Responsible for receiving and distributing the medical cards to the new hires and take it back in case of terminations
- Collect sick leaves & other medical reports from employees and send them to the Head of Medical Insurance
- Request medical evidence as per the insurance companies’ requests from employees
- Gather all pre-paid invoices (claims) and add them to the system
- Coordinate between the Finance department and the Compensation section to return back the money to the employee in case of refunds
- Generate the PRs and POs needed by the Human Resources Department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in administration
- Microsoft Office proficiency is a must
