Job Description
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up on Accounts payable and payments.
- General ledger preparation.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Daily tasks
- Buy / sell Settlement
- Deposits / Withdrawals to client
- Bank Transfers
- Journal entries
- Capital adequacy
- Safe
- Paying Invoices
- Dealing with clients/Suppliers
- Handle with operations Department. About (DVP transaction )
Monthly tasks
Preparing, Recording & Closing:
- Prepaid Expenses
- Accrued Expenses
- Bank Reconciliation
- Depreciation
- Closing\opening FX rates
- Accrued Revenues
- Changing clients Commissions
- Traders Commissions.
- Review and process salaries
- Posting and approve all transaction
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting.
- Experience in Financial Services is a MUST
- Males Preferred.
- Very Good - Excellent command of English Language is a MUST
- Business, Accounting Or Finance background.
