- In-charge of the restaurants cost and assets.
- Manage F&B Cost, Store, Purchasing& receiving.
- Manage all responsible areas accurately, report and summarize all cost concerns.
- Assist and support all cost information for the Financial Manager to develop the management report.
- Lead the team performance to achieve the outlets goals
Job Requirements
- Experience in restaurants cost control management is a must
- Experience in Food& beverage industry for at least 5 years
- Detailed oriented person
- Very good communication skill
- Very good command of English language
