Job Description
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving the annual sales target of the assigned account through acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. The Sales Account Manager is also responsible for the satisfaction and retention of the customers in the assigned account.
- Approach new clients and maximizing client in designated regions and industry through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls
- Responsible for preparing requested reports and keeping customers’ records
- Ensure meeting the annual sales target of the assigned account
- Create technical presentations and ensure that it satisfies the client needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects
- Ensure good quality of services by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of systems and processes, and documenting them
- Network and follow up with the existing customers to maintain good relationships and links with these customers and promote additional products and upgrades
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the IT Industry selling Computer Hardware, and Software in a corporate.
