Job Description
- Responsible for selling NCR “Aloha” products and retail store products from initial to close
- Manage the team and assign tasks to each one and provide training for each one if required
- Handle all the problems and inquires from the customers.
- Prepare drafts and final presentations for each customer to provide the right products.
- Deal with the customer and follow up for customer’s feedback.
- Looking for new customer to add to our database through (survey, internet, social media, yellow pages, and a new food court) and record it as a lead on CRM.
- Analysis for customers if they are going to deal or not according to qualification and interest.
- Show benefits of the application’s features for the customer.
- Calculating quotation according to customer requirements or need analysis.
- Contact the customer to know reasons of rejection to take his point of view in consideration.
- Follow up with customers that needs time to take the deal.
- Follow up with the finance, GP manger and CRM team leader to create new customer.
- Revise quotation on CRM and record it on GP.
- Handle sales order with logistics to deliver the order to the customer.
Job Requirements
- Has more than 4 years experience in the same field
- Hospitality sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Car is a plus.
- Hard worker.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management.
