Job Description:
- Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request
- Provide literature and information to clients concerning interstate and international tours, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, fares, and travel regulations
- Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options
- Plan, prepare and cost itineraries (travel plans) for clients
- Notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements
- Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required
- Responsible for organizing and preparing holiday tours
- Receive calls and emails as a sales representative
- Handling outgoing packages from A to Z including accommodation, aviation, visa, tours .etc
Job Requirements
- Good English Language Level (writing –understanding).
- Knowledge of key holiday and honeymoon destinations outside Egypt.
- Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
- Amadeus previous experience is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
