Job Description:

  • Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request
  • Provide literature and information to clients concerning interstate and international tours, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, fares, and travel regulations
  • Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options
  • Plan, prepare and cost itineraries (travel plans) for clients
  • Notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements
  • Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required
  • Responsible for organizing and preparing holiday tours
  • Receive calls and emails as a sales representative
  • Handling outgoing packages from A to Z including accommodation, aviation, visa, tours .etc

Job Requirements

  • Good English Language Level (writing –understanding).
  • Knowledge of key holiday and honeymoon destinations outside Egypt.
  • Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
  • Amadeus previous experience is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
