Job Description
- Responsible for the sales visits to open up new retail outlets and recruit them as members to Mobimongez.com
- Make sure that the contract is written explained, aligned and signed off with the new retail outlets with all terms and conditions of the relationship explained and protected
- He / She will activate the outlets registration by providing a user name and password to the outlets and entering all the required detailed information
- Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and customer’s expectations are met.
- Ensure that customer’s issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the sales manager of any problems that may arise.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed completed, and that Quality standards are met.
- Communicate the customer’s interests to the team.
- Provides regular two way communication between the customer and the sales team to provide strong team representation and set proper expectation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience.
