- Manage all the security points for 5 hotels and different compounds
- Reduce the turnover of the security officers
- Improve the quality of the security officers and their awareness of security standards
- Create a fair secured work environment for all the security officers
- Meet the client's expectations toward the security level
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security field
- Hospitality experience is preferable
- Able to relocate in Hurghada and work 23/7
- Military background is preferable
