Responsibilities:

  • Managing the customer's inquiries, complaints via phone.
  • Work on the system & necessary tools to handle client's needs: this includes airline tickets, hotels, car hire and insurance.
  • Communicate with hotels for reservation's confirmation, changes etc..
  • Reach Client Satisfaction targets and quality standards.

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • You have at least 1 year experience in Sales or Customer service environment.
  • You have completed at least secondary school education.
  • You have affinity with tourism and ticketing experience is a plus.
  • You are fluent in French with basic English awareness.
  • You are available 40 hours per week and flexible regarding scheduling.
  • You have strong PC skills and good typing skills.
  • You are a team player.
  • You are organized accurate and professional.
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic, you feel comfortable with communication through the phone.
  • You can communicate clearly in written and spoken.
