Job Description

Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s different programs and products.
Achieving sales targets and department goals.
Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast
Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Setting sales quarter, annual, and biannual plans.
Follow up on team daily tasks and assignments ensuring high levels of performance standards are met.
Provide training to newcomers.
Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree.
-At least 4 Years in Tele Sales Field with 2 Years as Team Leader or Supervisor
-Strong managerial and sales skills.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Excellent user of MS Office and CRM software.
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a plus.
