Excellency Handling For The company’s sea freight and Air freight shipments.
Ensuring that the custom clearance process for import shipments is managed efficiently
Properly communicating with Sales and Planning departments about the ready orders for shipping from and To the Company.
Daily sending the shipping status for Company's shipments to the department Manager.
Sending the relevant documents to Sales and subsidy department within 72 hours from the vessel sailing
Making sure that the import documents are correct and well prepared prior the vessel arrival.
Making sure that the import shipments are quoted by the correct relevant customs tariff.
Timely handling the full set of clearance documents to be clearance subcontractors with no delay to ensure smooth clearance process.
Timely making the sea freight and Airfreight bookings.
Properly tracking the shipments in and to its way to the final destination.
Timely sending all the relevant documents to Suppliers/customers in the export shipments and alerting them by its expected arrival date.
Proactively Following with the Service providers the shipments updated Statues to ensure any delays are avoided and properly communicated.
Keeping proper filing for the shipments documents.
Timely closing his financial payable to the accounting department within 20 days from receiving the funds

Excellent internal and external communication skills.
