Role Description:

• Maintains proficient and professional guest relation from Food & Beverage perspective and repeatedly generate memorable dining experience.
• Manage and build exceptional relationships to ensure repeat business, follow up on events, and generate new business.
• Understands important aspects and USP the restaurant. Ensure special instructions and requests if any from a guest are duly carried out by keeping the Restaurant Manager.

Main Activities:

• Maintain and update Food and Beverage guests database
• Maintain restaurant’s rapport with local & expat social and corporate groups.
• Maintain Guest Relations.
• Enhance Communication for the Company.
• Build Business Relationship for the Company.
