Job Description
- Design and identifies the training needs of each employee of the company in each department, in coordination with the managers of the departments.
- Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop a mentoring and training plan for new employees during the probationary period.
- Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or In-company).
- Addressing training centers and evaluating their offers and contracting to implement Some training programs and choose the best training center.
- Conduct evaluation of the training program and trainees during and after training.
- Deliver effective team building activities.
Job Requirements
- Communication skills
- Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures
- Ability to work under the pressure
- Good English language
