High Return's family is expanding and we're looking to add a Recruitment Specialist to our team.
He/she will be responsible for the following roles:
- Search, Source and Screen various types of candidates for several jobs.
- Conducting face to face & phone interviews
- Handling Internet Recruitment on several channels such as Linkedin, WUZZUF and Social Media Pages.
- Maintain and update the Recruitment database on weekly basis ensuring on time and quality support to all recruiters by providing the best-fit CVs for requested job vacancies.
- Give total support to freelance recruiters in terms of Sourcing CVs, Screening or Interviews Arrangements
- Assigned for special HR Projects.
- Developing with Freelancing Consultants Job description and profile analysis writing, updating and recording up on request.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English language
- Recruitment experience is a must.
- Multitasking skills
- High communication skills
