Job Description
- Drawing up and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
- Negotiating terms of contractual relationship.
- Research the law and giving general legal advice in commercial matters.
- Supervising any agreements with all departments.
- Analyzing legal documents related to contractual relationships with third parties.
- Drafting documentation Agreements/Guidelines/Forms/Resolutions/Minutes/Terms of
- Reference/Applications/Correspondences etc. internally drafted and reviewed.
- To be able to out-serve inter-company transactions, engage the business to ensure function and in advance notice of upcoming projects, and manage resources accordingly.
