Job Description
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Ensures that company’s recruitment policies, processes and standards are followed at all levels.
- Observe and evaluate the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and overall business performance, partnering withHR operations colleagues as appropriate.
- Directs and oversees all administration related activities.
Job Requirements
- Strong Arabic and English, read and write.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years in HR field.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and employment laws.
- Good screening skills.
- Previous experience with recruitment practices
- Previous experience with casual labour and blue collar roles, in transport or warehouses
- Able to manage operations in multi-site company
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Disciplined and professional
- Be self-directed and motivated.
