Job Description
We are seeking Senior Tour operator To Travel Agency located in Remayah - Haram:
- Follow up confirmations with hotels and get confirmation numbers.
- Send confirmations to agents or confirm in back office and acknowledge and insert confirmation number received from hotel.
- Issue proper vouchers and send to agents and hotels for offline bookings.
- Always follow up in the system for all booking status and make sure all confirmed.
- Negotiate with the supplier concerning any controversial situations such as when no rooms available until get, or special rates.
- Follow up with the suppliers after sale
- Reply all requests received to agents immediately if received during assigned working hours.
- Perform other duties assign by the immediate supervisor.
- Booking through online/offline suppliers.
- Handle invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
- Deal with online system bookings (Suppliers systems).
- Handle the hotels Reservations (entry and confirmation with hotels and suppliers).
- Find alternative solution if any problem exceeds the service level agreement.
- Solve system problems (wrong mapping, wrong room type, wrong meal plan, and fake availability).
- Answer any hotel booking inquires (special request, amendment, waiving and finding new availability).
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Years of experience 5+
- Working on 4 or 5 online Systems
- Fluent English
- Good expertise in using Excel, Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office and Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
- Good knowledge in World Geography.
- Good Internet searching skills.
- Giza (Haram, Fesal, 6th of October...etc) residents are preferred.
