Job Description
- Acts as a mediator between the client and the manufacturer in all aspects, with an attention to minor details.
- Supervise the process of “Taking the dimensions” at all phases.
- Overall responsibility for the on-site management of installation
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction through pro-active communication
- Review drawings & plans and determine if client needs additional pieces to complete job, and that installation is done according to the planned drawings and design and color.
- Perform cabinet installation on location.
- Resolve customer issues/problems.
- Supervise all assembling and installation of units and equipment’s.
- Ensures service order requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Ability to coordinate; cooking, ventilation and Air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical equipment’ installation.
- Develop detailed knowledge of various product lines.
- Supervise the job site cleanliness, and tidiness after installation and finishing the job order.
Job Requirements
- Education: University Degree or industrial diploma
- Age: Not more than 35
- Gender: Male
- Experience: 3 - 5 years within the same field / or holding the same position
- Using skillfully measuring and dimensions tools
- Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Very High customer service and satisfaction techniques.
- Problem solving and handling complaints.
- Detailed oriented
- Punctual and time management skills.
