Job Description
- Provide administrative support to Senior Management;
- Organize meetings and arrange appointments;
- Typing in Arabic & English as required;
- Book transport & accommodation for travel;
- Organize and maintain office conditions, furniture & equipment, to the highest standards and arrange for necessary repairs in a timely manner;
- Order stationary & supplies;
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient and timely work procedures;
- Deal with correspondence, complaints, and general queries;
- Maintain office General & Administrative office budget, ensure accurate & timely reporting in coordination with Finance Manager;
- Implement & maintain office procedures & administrative systems;
- Record and update in a timely manner personnel records;
- Use a range of software packages including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
- Maintain & update Office CV data base, profile, consultants coordinates & yearly gross rates
- Update & maintain Active project work sheet on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements
