Job Description
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
- Responsible for collection all hiring credentials
- Keep employees files as per the policies
- Understand and adhere to all labor laws
- Follow – up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system
- Track the vacation balance of all employees
- Review employee vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, termination…etc.
- Preparing all social insurance forms.
- Follow up from 1 and 6 registrations with the Social Insurance office.
- Sending the new employees work forms to Labor Law Office.
- Controlling renewals employees’ contracts and preparing temporary offers.
- Controlling the vacation system.
- Preparing salary certificates and H.R letters upon requests.
- Implementing all termination procedures.
- Report and handle the account with Social insurance Office.
- Calculating all employee’ salaries.
- Handling and keeping excellent relations with other dept. office.
- Dealing with government bodies of social insurance, employment offices, manpower and industrial security.

- Assist in preparing periodical salary, bonus, and profit.
- Gross to net salaries calculation, audit and balancing
- Follow up on every transaction on the payroll system
- Issuing the pay slips and send to employees.
- Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
- Data entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, Termination, leave of absence, benefits deductions
- Calculate deductions to be deducted from the salaries.
- Calculate incentives
- Prepare bank transfer letters and deliver to the bank.
- Calculating the End of service Settlements to be paid to the terminated Employees.
- Answer employee questions regarding their pay check.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Prepare HR Letters for employees for loans.
- Create new bank accounts for new staff.
- All other duties assigned by the payroll manage
Job Requirements
- Sap user
- Males is preferable
- Honest, ethical and dependable
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written
- Extremely knowledgeable in HR process and HRIS computer programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance or Law
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
