Job Description

  • Develop annual business plans and monitor through quarterly reviews.
  • Manage key customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities.
  • Adheres to standard policies and procedures and acts as a role-model to all employees.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning account abilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
  • Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years experience in pharmaceuticals industries.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in a managerial level.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in senior management positions (GM, CEO, CCO etc...)
  • Graduate of a medical or scientific university.
  • MBA is a must.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Able to engage a complex, wide range of issues.
  • Highly committed, has a strong work ethic and leads by example.
  • Impeccable integrity.
  • Collaborative relationship builder who is calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel when needed and to accommodate the needs of working across multiple time zones.
