Job Description
- Responsible for supporting visual marketing and service line needs by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines.
- Create social media posts, infographics, newsletter templates, and online and print campaign ads.
- Assist in the planning and development of advertising campaigns.
- Support all efforts of the creative team.
- Create marketing designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts and know well how to follow guidelines.
- Brainstorming, mocking up design ideas.
- Creating designs for social media campaigns.
- Responsible for art direction and graphic design, seeing all projects through concept, design, production, completion, and delivery.

- Excellent use of designing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
- Conceptualize (predesign) visuals based on requirements, along with Prepare rough drafts and present idea
- Design creative from concept to deliver.
- Create all commercial visual products such as all social media posts, logos, offline advertisements etc.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Research & understand of the visual culture of each target audience.
- Research & understand of our brand & its background.
- Implementation of designs on websites and social media platforms
- Amend designs according feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (at least).
- Proven working experience as a Graphic designer, preferably in software development companies.
- Portfolio of complete designed projects.
- Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and development teams.
- Knowledge/ interest “3D design” is a plus.
