Job Description
- Help and participate in Developing and produce creative concepts, designs and layouts for our Design team.
- Guide project architects and give them any needed knowledge.
- Resolve technical problems and participate in the project coordination with other disciplines
- Coordinating design drawings with The consultants' requirements (structural & MEP), taking it to a schematic level.
- Answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members
- Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects.
- Leading the design team by distributing tasks & following up with the team.
- Provides finish selections including color palettes, carpet and wall finishes, lighting and other various interior selections.
- Provides advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, building permit drawings, foundation plans, floor plans, functional planning designs and renderings, visit potential work sites, as required; for the design build projects;
Job Requirements
- Microsoft office
- Excellent in Adobe Photoshop
- Fit out booklet
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
- Auto CAD 2D , 3D
- Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Good English language (Writing, Reading, and Speaking).
- 5-12 years of experience in Interior Design, Site construction and finishing.
- Strong management skills for leading small and large teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior design
