Job Description
- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Monitor network performance and integrity
- Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
- Maintain complete technical documentation
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
- Make sure to follow the IT process
- Creating the needed reports, documents and manuals as needed
- Installing, configuring and administration VOIP systems
- CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VMware
- Install, Manage and Administrate servers physical and Virtual (vSphere).
- Servers Hardware configuration/hardening/upgrade
- Backup Solutions (Symantec backup exec & Veeam)
- Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
- Mentor team members on technical issues
- Communicate with users when needed
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a network administrator role
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
- Control, and monitoring of server infrastructure , Active directory .
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s ,DNS ,remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
