Job Description

Berlitz is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive who shall be responsible for acquiring business from new corporate clients as well as retaining business with current corporate clients. Corporate Sales Executive represents Berlitz franchise in a responsive manner, with integrity, to both our internal and external customers. 

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Maximize outside sales development through proactive activities.
  • Referral networking. Central corporate contacts are to be generated via the following:
  1. Corporate end-user prospects (direct & indirect).
  2. Enrolled Berlitz students.
  3. Berlitz alumni.
  4. Stagnant accounts.
  5. Berlitz inquiries.
  • “Targeted telemarketing” to organizations new to Berlitz where a need exists for our services.
  • Maximize inside sales through leads generated from within the language center:
  1. Corporate phone inquiries.
  2. Corporate internet inquiries.
  • Conduct corporate appointments to central corporate contacts, such as HR and Training & Development, to present Berlitz.
  • Conduct corporate prospect end-user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solution.
  • To both central contacts, as well as corporate end-user prospects, the corporate sales team must be able to present the various training solutions, including Total Immersion®, Individual Instruction, Corporate Group Instruction (Charter).
  • Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow-up information as needed.
  • Develop solid working relationships with the Operations Supervisor to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities.
  • Active involvement in the respective business community, including membership in such organizations as Chamber of Commerce, trade centers/councils, etc.
  • Complete sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end-user interviews, sales, companies, and contacts.

Job Requirements

The candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Persuasive.
  • Native-Like fluency.
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales experience.
  • Preferably from Giza governorate ( October, Dokki, Haram, Mohandeseen ).
