Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
Organize, lead Scrum ceremonies and communicate with the main stakeholders.
Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

Keep track of the estimations and the time logged against it.
All the required types of report to measure performance.
Aligning the sprint and its process with the company KPIs.
Send daily reports to PO on the sprint progress.

2+ years Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment, preferably Jira.
B.S in Computer Science or Engineering.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.
Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, velocity, user stories, etc.
Familiar with common development practices, Service-oriented environments, and Agile practices.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
