Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements
  • Using different effective channels for contacting customers.
  • Schedule meetings, make presentations, and site visits.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers on open leads and update their status daily.
  • Prepare all documents required to close deals, signing documents.
  • Prepares reports that show sales activities for the team on a daily basis
  • Negotiate with customers concerning contract terms and methods of payment to reach achieve maximum revenue.
  • Represent the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions and conferences.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of proven track record in successfully building.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of a large volume of deals and deal sizes.
  • Knowledge in online marketing.
  • Exceptional presence, and communication skills. Creative, nimble, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Advanced technical writing and communication skills and fluency in the English language.
  • Creativity and adaptability.
  • Must own a Car
  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and to conduct personal behavior.
