- Managing social media content & Platforms
- Coming up with ideas and creating useful content for clients which also attracts customers
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Manage and evolve the editorial content on boarding process
- Evolve content acquisition strategy based on customer and team feedback
- Identify, track and set targets against content-specific key performance indicators
