Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer in Egypt and they're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with the following roles:
- Handling collection appointments at company's premises.
- Responsible for circulating clients official correspondences & communication.
- Handle all requests related to ownership transfers.
- On-Going support to the Customer Service team in managing client inquiries and handling their requirements
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar role, client facing experience is a must.
- High communication skills
