Job Description

Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer in Egypt and they're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with the following roles:

  • Handling collection appointments at company's premises.
  • Responsible for circulating clients official correspondences & communication.
  • Handle all requests related to ownership transfers.
  • On-Going support to the Customer Service team in managing client inquiries and handling their requirements

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English language
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar role, client facing experience is a must.
  • High communication skills
