Research Team Leader/ Manager – Sell Side

IdealRatings is expanding its Fundamental Research Desk to serve the growing demands of our customer. IdealRatings is having an open position for “Research Team Leader/ Manager-Sell Side” based in Cairo. The ideal candidate will carry out the following role:

Job Description

• This role requires delivering up to date different types of research reports including sector analysis, security analysis, economic research, etc.
• Your day to day job will be full of research, data analysis, and construction of different valuation models.
• Recognize key data, and perform challenging analysis and come to a sound-judgement conclusions within the modeling/valuation process.
• Identify trends before others. Also, it is important to be able to spot whether or not news/data is already priced into a security and how significant it will affect it.
• Help others to adapt while maintaining productivity throughout periods of change by remaining rational and tackling problems hands-on.
• Assist in creating an environment that encourages improvement and innovation and which challenges conventional methods.
• Act as a role model by acting and leading in manners that reflect professional standards and business ethics.
• Acts as a resource when team members come upon ethical or business dilemmas.
