Planning & Follow-Up Manager

Planning & Followup Manager needed for reputable wooden factory in Maadi with the following responsibilities:

• Study contracted projects and review quantities and contract clauses.
• Coordination with the technical office and projects regarding drawings and production orders.
• Follow up the production of initial samples and accessories.
• Ensure the daily follow-up of production processes and provide production needs and work to improve the production supply processes with materials Raw.
• Ensure the follow-up of production efficiency, interruptions and combinations, and submit their reports to the line manager.
• Ensure the periodic follow-up of the needs plan, the production plan, and the warehouse balances to take appropriate actions to achieve a process Balance and adjust the necessary of these plans.
• Ensure the establishment and follow-up of MRP systems and production control.
• Ensure that the necessary data on the cost of production is provided to the concerned departments and the modifications that may occur to them to achieve the goals Approved for production.
• Establishing policies for the disbursement of raw materials and components from stores to production departments and orders for delivery of returns from Commercial management to stores.
• Supervising the development, creation and follow-up of budgets for the management of purchases and stores.
• Ensure coordination with the plant manager to determine the optimal commodity mix. Supervising setting goals for subordinate departments, reviewing detailed work plans for each of them, following up on their implementation, and supervising
• To take corrective measures to treat implementation problems.
• Directs and monitors the activities of the Planning and Follow-up Department, reviews implementation plans (quarterly / monthly / weekly) and makes sure of Good coordination and follow-up with the factory and efficient distribution and follow-up of operating orders at the factory to ensure the safety of implementation of plans Productivity.
• Work permanently and continuously to follow up on projects, sales plans, stock balances of the finished product, and make comparisons And submit reports to the line manager.
