Job Description

Whether you have experience in operations, HR, project or office management, you can expect an all-encompassing role that requires a confident self-starter with a positive attitude, decisiveness, accuracy and great personal skills.

The HR Office Manager will support the General Manager in a broad range of tasks including:

  • Finance – dealing with day to day transactions and managing invoicing.
  • HR – Supporting staff and ensuring all HR processes are adhered to.
  • Office Management – ensuring the smooth running of the office and IT systems
  • Monitor and document FTO's, Annual Vacations, Holidays.
  • Deal with Medical Insurance provider. Prepare medical claims, follow up with reimbursement.
  • Organizing events.
  • Ordering supplies - basic procurement knowledge.
  • Supervise office boys to perform their tasks.
  • Tracking the Access machine for check-in and out the office.
  • Communications – communicating with clients via email and phone as well as with colleagues.
  • Operational Support – developing processes and supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the company.
  • Organizational Support – ensuring all managers and employees are supported to facilitate them to achieve their best.
  • Project Management - Help create and maintain project management plans using Microsoft project.
  • The role is varied and requires you to work within day to day processes whilst also having the ability to think strategically about what is best for the business.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English language
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and financial knowledge
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Knowledge of the Technology and Arts sectors with IT skills are desirable but not essential
  • Graduated from business or related field is desirable.
  • Project management experience is desirable.
