Job Scope:
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering hem a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employees and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges on the system.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent.
- Very Good command of English language is a must.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Professional appearance.
- Time Management.
