Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering hem a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employees and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges on the system.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.

Job Requirements

  • From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Very Good command of English language is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Time Management.
