Job Description
- Handling All Export shipments from A to Z ( Sea Freight )
- Communicate with customers on daily basis to identify their requests.
- Communicate & negotiate with shipping lines to get the best prices in the market.
- Follow-up with forwarders agent's over world to ensure delivery of the goods in the right time, right condition with a lower cost for sea freight.
- Offering & discussed our customers to get the shipment with satisfactory to all parties
- Making booking & get the best flight to provide the best service to our client
- Sending full pre advise to our customer & get confirmation from his side.
- Follow up with the customs brokers in order to clear the shipment in a short time.
- Follow up with the Trucking brokers in order to clear the shipment in a short time.
- Follow up with the Insurance Companies
- Solve any problem and have good relation with all agents over world ( WCA Member organization) and most large companies in Egypt and Shipping lines.
Job Requirements
- Very Good English ( Written - Speaking )
- Internet Qualified
- Good Communication
- Good Knowledge Of MS Office
