- Perform daily payroll department operations
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Handle all personnel day to day operation (Medical insurance issue - social insurance issues and forms - on boarding of new comers & Others)
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of payroll systems (is a plus).
- Very good English.
- Very Good in MS Office applications.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
