Job Description
- Execution of production plans.
- Dividing production plans to daily / weekly / monthly schedules.
- Assigning workers in different production spots.
- Supervising receiving raw materials bounding from warehouse and keeping records.
- Supervising daily operations to insure adherence to quality standards and procedures and internal working standards.
- Regularly reporting progression of production plans to Operation Manager and any suggested modifications.
- Insure compliance with safety regulations.
- Solve any problems arises during production process either technical problem or between workers.
- Assessing performance of workers in addition to setting training and development plans together with preparing second lines.
Job Requirements
- Preferably graduate of Home Economics or Applied Arts ( Textile / Garments Section)
- Basic Microsoft Skills
- Can work under stress
