Job Description
- Prepare the initial cost estimation of works and architectural designs.
- Assist in the preparation of the drawings and the architectural designs expected for the project.
- Assist in preparing tendering documents.
- Ensure the standards of the completed works.
- Assistance in following – up with consultants.
- Review the work carried out by the team before submission to the direct manager.
- Matching engineering drawings (Architectural, Structural and Electromechanical) to avoid any conflicts with the designs.
- Preparation of documents used to evaluate contractors.
- Follow-up and guide the team to ensure that the tasks are implemented with required quality to meet the deadlines.
- Train the newly hired employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of architectural engineering.
- At least 10 years’ experience in design and development.
- Expert user of AutoCAD – MS Office –Sketch up – Photoshop.
- Ability to supervise and follow – up.
- Multitasking and prioritizing.
- Attentive to details.
