Job Description
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Supervision of implementation for (HVAC - FIRE FIGHTING - PLUMBING) at site as per approved drawings, methods, safety rules, codes and method of instalment.
- Review and approve shop drawings, materials, submittals, invoices and inspection requests raised by the contractor.
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Review and approval of As-Built drawings.
- Supervise the mechanical contractors to follow up work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and time schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer.
- 2-5 years’ proven experience.
- AutoCAD & Revit knowledge.
