Job Description
- Handle all personnel duties such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents with all new employees and maintain it in the employee files.
- Handle the recruitment and selection process including the development of job advertisements, sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the most suitable candidates.
- Identify sourcing channels, develops candidates pool and maintains an updated recruitment database.
- Handle payroll related tasks.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Any post graduate certificate in HR is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor law is a plus.
- Very good command of both English and Arabic.
