Job Description
- Work with architects to generate detailed and accurate drawings
- Work up schedules to reflect square footage amounts to help with estimating cost on materials
- Work with the architect to help with scheduling and permitting process
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and working off sketches
- Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team
- Preparing Shop drawings and details.
Job Requirements
- Technical : well understanding (Structure , Architecture and Electromechanical) Systems as per each specialty (Design and shop drawings, Specifications and details Documents,…..)
- The ability to detect clashes and coordinate between all trades to get the best solutions.
- Proficiently for using Revit for Building Models, creating families and Extract information (Drawings, Schedules, Details, Views,…..).
- Computer Skills : Mastering for using BIM Software Autodesk Revit + Navis work & AutoCAD 2D.
- Structure (2D & 3D AutoCAD, 3D Civil, Structure Details, Tekla, Revit Structure,.....)
- Architecture (2D & 3D AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Revit Architecture,....)
- Design and presentation skills
- Electromechanical (2D AutoCAD, Revit MEP,.....)
