Job Description
- Generate compelling shopper stories to develop wining strategies for categories vs. competition.
- Support the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on shoppers, category, customer, competition, channel and external environment).
- Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within the Category/sub Category.
- Drives implementation of in-store solutions and review the effectiveness of the in-store actions
- Responsible for proposing optimal Total Trade Spend (TTS) budgets for category by channel based on ICP.
- Prepare and implement new product trade launch and conduct pre and post evaluation.
- Develop briefs and work with Shopper Activation and Space Planning team to ensure delivery of in-store solutions in order for field sales to implement.
Job Requirements
- FMCG background is preferable.
