Job Description
Job Purpose:
Finds new recruitment agencies and mediums to facilitate the easiness of gathering new CV's.
Helps in managing employment fairs offers' data and communicate with different external institutes to promote for open days and vacant positions within Raya Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathers Employment Fairs & Events' data for offers filtering
- Communicate with and manages new Recruitment Agencies' deals
- Communicate with Governmental Institutes for Employment Fairs and CV sourcing
- Posts available vacancies and promotes open days on different Social Media Platforms
- Gathers new CVs from sources like Employment Fairs, Raya Website, Social Media, Walk-ins, & Referrals.
- Filters CVs and distributes them amongst the Screening Team
- Gathers Screening Team's feedback on received CVs
- Generates Sourcing Efficiency Report Monthly
- Manages RAYA CC Referral & Bonuses Program .
